How is the Gathering West different than other trade shows?
As the only events of its kind in the industry, the Gathering West is appointment-based unlike larger tradeshows, bringing together the nation’s top gift and souvenir buyers and industry leading suppliers for several days of productive business ordering, networking, and fun all under one roof.

What do I do when I get there?
Once you arrive on-site, we recommend checking in to your hotel for a seamless start to your stay. Additionally, you’ll want to make your way over to registration to pick up your show badge.
What meals do I get?
All meals are provided daily! Vouchers are provided for breakfast on your own while lunch and dinner are buffet style, allowing you time to network. Note the exhibit hall closes for lunch.
Parking on-site?
Self-parking will be available on-site for local buyers that are attending and not staying at the Town & Country Resort. Parking costs $18/night for hotel guests and $10/hour not to exceed $20 per day for non-hotel guests.
Meeting Portal

When does the meeting portal open?
The meeting portal will open early January 2024. Be sure to respond to meeting requests and build out your personalized meeting schedule before you arrive on-site.
What is buyer preview week?
Buyers will be able to take advantage of a preview period to send out meeting requests to exhibitors first. This will give you more control over your schedule and allow you to set the meeting lengths you need!
