The Gathering does not sell, rent, or distribute any database lists, nor do we disclose email addresses. Statements claiming to offer these attendee lists are fraudulent. If you receive a message from a source outside of The Gathering, please do not interact with them. Valid Gathering Event emails will include “Email ID Text”@clarionevents.com. 

The Gathering Event approved housing vendors will be clearly noted on The Gathering event website. Any solicitation coming from housing companies for room reservations at our hotels is a scam. Please delete the email immediately and do not interact with the sender. Note that Connections Housing is the only housing vendor for The Gathering. The only email affiliated with them is  [email protected].

As an exhibitor, you may be contacted by unauthorized service providers for audiovisual, carpet, exhibitor directory listing, etc. — who claim to be affiliated with The Gathering. These solicitations may appear to provide cost savings; however, the rates listed could be misleading and, in some cases, the vendor may not be a credible supplier. The vendor for booth services is The Expo Group.

Always remain vigilant in relation to any change of beneficiary requests when processing payments to us. Bad actors frequently target small businesses and use a variety of tactics, including typosquatting, in an attempt to appear more convincing. If you ever have any questions related to payment, changes in instructions from Clarion Events, or anything else, please always give us a call prior to issuing payment.
